---------- Smith's Food and Drug Smith's is offering customers a convenient way during the holidays to help feed the hungry by adding a Gift of Giving bag to grocery orders, and the chain will deliver the donations to local food banks. The Gift of Giving program offers two items for purchase that are at or near cost. One option is a bag of 13 canned food items retailing at $11 for a cost of $7. The second option is a holiday turkey for $10. Other items are also available for donation. The program is available in all Smith's Stores through December 16. The redevelopment will also include commercial-retail uses, offices and light industrial use.
